Abstract:
A method for reducing mineral oils in an edible vegetable oil, which method belongs to the field of vegetable oil and fat processing. The method in the present invention comprises the following steps: a molecular distillation step, involving: carrying out a molecular distillation treatment on a vegetable oil in which mineral oils exceed the standard; an emulsification step, involving: mixing water, the vegetable oil and an emulsifier, and stirring same to form an unstable emulsion; leaving same to stand for 1-5 h to delaminate the emulsion, so as to form an oil phase and an emulsion phase, or an oil phase, an emulsion phase and an aqueous phase, and separating the different phases; removing the oil phase liquid, stirring and freezing same, then treating the oil phase liquid by using a high-voltage pulse electric field, and carrying out ultrafiltration to obtain a vegetable oil I; and removing the emulsion phase liquid, carrying out a low-temperature plasma treatment and then a high-voltage pulse electric field demulsification treatment thereon, removing the upper oil phase, and carrying out ultrafiltration and molecular distillation to obtain a vegetable oil II. By means of the method, the content of mineral-oil-saturated hydrocarbons in the vegetable oil can be effectively reduced, the loss of the vegetable oil is also low, no organic solvents are used, and the safety is good.
