Abstract:
Provided are a method for reducing the power consumption of an intelligent door lock, and an intelligent door lock, wherein same are configured to solve the technical problems in the prior art of high power consumption of intelligent door locks and potential security hazards brought about thereby. According to the method for reducing power consumption of an intelligent door lock, when a display screen (1) of an intelligent door lock is in a dormant state, a partition apparatus (5) of the display screen (1) can block charged display particles (3, 4) on the display screen (1) from crossing the partition apparatus (5), and the charged display particles (3, 4) are still in the state in which same are during powering on, so that the display screen (1) still displays a number pad, thereby achieving the effect of continuing displaying without power supply and achieving the aim of reducing power consumption of an intelligent door lock.
