Abstract:
Disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention are a method for sending/receiving a reference signal, and a terminal device and network device. A terminal device determines the transmission power of its reference signal, said transmission power being associated with the quantity of unavailable time-frequency resources in a transmitting unit in which the reference signal is located, and sends a reference signal on the basis of the transmission power; the network device receives the reference signal of the terminal device, then parses the reference signal on the basis of the transmission power. The terminal device associates its transmission power with the quantity of unavailable time-frequency resources in the transmitting unit in which the reference signal is located, thus increasing the transmission power of the reference signal of the terminal device in an uplink MU-MIMO and thereby improving the communications performance of the terminal device under a low signal-to-noise ratio.
