Abstract:

An upstream fixing member (10) equipped with an expanded part having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of a member to be ground comprising a denitrification catalyst is connected to one end of the member to be ground, whereas a downstream fixing member (20) equipped with a flow path having a constant cross-sectional area is connected to the other end of the member to be ground a predetermined dimension from an end part of a side connected to the member to be ground, a mixing part (40) for mixing an abrasive and a gas is connected to an upstream side of the upstream fixing member by a connecting member having a flow path having a cross-sectional area smaller than the expanded part, and a screen member having a predetermined sieve opening is disposed on the member-to-be-ground side inside of the expanded part. Meanwhile, a classification part (70) for separating the abrasive which has passed through a through-hole of the member to be ground and ground matter ground by the abrasive, and a dust-collecting part (80) for suctioning the gas of the mixing part via the classification part are connected to the downstream fixing member downstream from the connecting member, and by the suction of the dust-collecting part, the abrasive mixed with the gas from the mixing part is sent to the upstream fixing member, the flow speed is reduced in the expanded part, and a mixture of the gas and the abrasive is temporarily retained, after which the mixture is passed through the downstream fixing member and a through-hole of the denitrification catalyst, an inside wall of the through-path is ground, and the mixture is then collected by the dust-collecting part via the classification part.
