Abstract:
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for regulating poor quality 220 volt 50 Hz pure sine alternating mains voltage. The claimed method involves a high-frequency line filter input unit in which high-frequency line interference is suppressed, an accumulator unit that performs the function of a capacitor, a microcontroller unit that performs the function of monitoring the input and output voltage and prevents mains interference, a corrector unit that performs the function of a rectifier for rectifying an alternating mains voltage to a stable direct voltage of 380-420 volts, a 15 volt power supply, an inverter unit that performs the function of inverting an input direct voltage of 380-420 volts from the power factor corrector (PFC) into a 220 volt 50 Hz alternating voltage, and an output filter unit in which high-frequency line interference is suppressed. The microcontroller unit provides for mains synchronization and control of the 220 volt PFC and output inverter units. The PFC is initially activated by a mains voltage of up to 100 volts which triggers the 15 volt power supply and powers a control microcircuit of the PFC, where the output voltage on storage capacitors reaches a voltage of 380-420 volts, after which the PFC switches to a self-powering mode until the mains voltage drops to a level of 20 volts. At the same time, reactive power from the consumer is prevented from passing back into the 220 volt mains, and mains harmonic distortions are also prevented, providing a clean power factor of 99.9 %. The invention makes it possible to prevent reactive power from passing from the consumer to the mains, as well as preventing mains harmonic distortions.
