Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for regulating adult skin stem cell differentiation, and more particularly, to a method for regulating adult skin stem cell differentiation by suppressing miRNA-135b expression in order to increase p63 expression, wherein, miRNA-135b expression is expressed in a differentiated skin cells in a relatively large amount. According to the present invention, the method for regulating adult skin stem cell differentiation can sustain the proliferative ability of a skin cell for a long period of time by regulating the differentiation rate of a skin cell and retaining stem cell functionality. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to various studies on regulating the proliferation and differentiation of adult skin stem cells.
