Abstract:
A method for regulating television brightness based on human faces, and a television. The method comprises: recording television brightness matching human faces (S100); detecting a human face when a television is turned on (S101); and setting television brightness according to the human face (S102). By presetting a matching relationship between human faces and television brightness, automatically recognizing a user watching a television, and adjusting brightness according to different users, the method enables a television to perform self-regulation according to different users and protects the sight of view of the users.
