Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for remanufacturing and repairing lamps and floodlights, which comprises testing the LEDs, resistors, capacitors, silicon or bridge rectifier, AC, coil and fuses, and replacing the damaged component of the product with one of equivalent quality. In the method for modifying the product to extend the expected life and protect lamps from damage, each lamp works in an independent manner with adapted voltage-dependent resistors to protect the LEDs, and the LEDs also work in an independent manner, such that when one of the LEDs is damaged, it does not affect the others; fixed and voltage-dependent resistors are also added; and the product has a longer expected life and improved quality. The method involves a significant modification which consists in connecting all of the LEDs in a circuit separate from one another such that any of the damaged components can be remanufactured and used in working lamps such that same work with the same efficiency as before.
