Title:
METHOD FOR REMOVING AN ELECTRICALLY INSULATING POWDER LAYERED ON A STATOR CORE, DEVICE FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD, AND ELECTRIC MACHINE HAVING A STATOR CORE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/069948
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for removing an electrically insulating powder () layered on a stator core (17), wherein the stator core (17) comprises teeth (69) directed radially inward and grooves (72) open radially inward, and the teeth (69) directed radially inward each comprise a surface (75) directed radially inward in order to form a central opening (78) of the stator core (17), and said surface (75) is coated with the powder (81) in a method state (Z1), wherein in a subsequent step (S1), the powder is removed from said surface (75) and is then contained, characterized in that the powder (81) is contained outside the central opening (78) of the stator core (17). The invention further relates to the device for performing the method and an electric machine having a stator core (17) manufactured according to the invention.
