Abstract:
A method for removing formaldehyde from artificial boards, comprising the following steps: (1) placing an artificial board within a sealed space, introducing nitrogen, spraying solution A to reach a humidity of 30-60%, heating to 60-70°C, and incubating for 2-4 hours; (2) drying to reach a humidity of 10-15%, incubating for 1-2 hours; (3) vacuumizing, cooling to 30°C, incubating for 2-5 hours; (4) spraying solution B on the artificial board, heating to 40-50°C, incubating for 0.5-2 hours, then cooling to 25‐30°C, and drying. The method has a good removal effect, is low cost, has a simple process, and may eliminate formaldehyde contained in linear resin.
