Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for efficiently removing an ink layer. This method for removing an ink layer from a shrink label s provided with: a step for preliminarily heating a shrink label 11 that is provided with an ink layer; a step for forming shrink label pieces 71 by fracturing the shrink label 11 after the step for preliminary heating; and a step for removing ink layers from the shrink label pieces 71 by means of alkali desorption. The temperature of the preliminary heating is equal to or higher than the temperature of the alkali desorption.
