Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for removing lead from copper alloy scraps using a calcium wire. The method comprises the steps of: dissolving copper alloy scraps; adding a calcium wire to a copper alloy waste melt and dissolving the same; and raising the temperature of the melt. The method may further comprise a step for adding a reaction accelerant. The present invention enables removal of lead from copper alloy scraps at a high rate of removal.
