Abstract:
A method for removing noise of up-scaled video by machine learning-based dynamic parameters according to the present invention comprises: an input step of inputting an object image from which noise is to be removed; a target selection step of selecting a current frame image from which the noise is to be removed, among the frame images constituting the object image, P (where P is a natural number greater than or equal to 1) preceding frame images which precede the current frame image, and Q (where Q is a natural number greater than or equal to 1) following frame images which follow the current frame image; a matching step of performing a motion estimation processing on the basis of a common object, and depending on the result thereof, creating a compensated frame image in which the P preceding frame images and the Q following frame images are motion-matched on the basis of the current frame image; a parameter calculation step of calculating a weight parameter (ai) for each frame by using the compensated frame image and the current frame image; and an operation processing step of removing the noise of the current frame image.
