Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for removing residual pesticides from root vegetables by means of a supercritical fluid. In a method for removing residual pesticides from root vegetables, according to a specific example, residual pesticides can be effectively removed from root vegetables in the original form, and loss of the active ingredients and flavor of the root vegetables can be minimized.
