Abstract:
A method (I) of repairing an inside surface portion of pneumatic tire (11), characterized in that to repair site (J) of an inside surface portion of pneumatic tire (11) furnished at the inside surface portion with an inner liner, there is attached, by adhesive (24), thin-film repair material (22) consisting of a resin with high air permeation resistance (IA) or attached, by fusion, thin-film repair material (22) consisting of a thermoplastic resin with high air permeation resistance (IB) to thereby repair the repair site (J). Further, there is provided a material (II) of inside surface portion repair material (26) for pneumatic tire (11) characterized by being composed of an adhesion laminate of rubber layer (27) of vulcanized rubber and resin layer (28) of a resin with high air permeation resistance and being adapted to be attached to repair site (J) of an inside surface portion of pneumatic tire (11) to thereby repair the repair site (J).
