Abstract:
When repairing or reinforcing a wooden pole 1 that is at least partly present under water 3, first, a casing 5 is arranged around an affected part 7 of the pole. Subsequently, on the underside of the casing, the space 9 between the casing 5 and the pole 1 is sealed and then this space 9 between the casing 5 and the said part 7 of the pole 1 is filled with an epoxy 11. When applying the casing 5 around the pole 1, first a casing part open on one side with a U-shaped cross section is slid in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the post 1, and then closed with a plate 14 the open side of the casing part 5a wherein the plate is attached to the side edges of the casing part.
