Abstract:
A technology for, in the instance of mold structure having an irregular configuration and
having an internal structure with low cavity ratio, carrying out uniform injection
of a resin in the mold and shaping thereof. There is provided an apparatus equipped
with a container for placing of a resin in its interior, characterized in that
the apparatus includes vacuum means for evacuating the interior, drying means
for degasifying the interior and heating means for melting the resin and is adapted
to sequentially carry out melting the resin at temperature higher than the melting
point by the heating means, evacuating and degasifying the interiorby the vacuum
means and drying means, thereafter restoring a reference pressure, disposing
a mold on the surface of the resin, producing vacuum once more, causing the mold
to fall in the resin, allowing the same to stand still for given period of time and
restoring the reference pressure while maintaining the resin in molten form.
