Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for resource configuration, a method for terminal communication and a related device, which are used for avoiding full-frequency band search of a second terminal, and reducing the power consumption of the second terminal. The method for resource configuration in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: a network side device sending resource configuration information via a broadcast channel, the resource configuration information comprising information about a target sub-band, the information about the target sub-band being used for determining the target sub-band, the target sub-band being at least one of several sub-bands obtained by dividing an available resource, and the available resource being an available bandwidth used for communication between a first terminal and a second terminal; and the network side device sending first signalling to the first terminal, the first signalling being used for configuring a target resource to the first terminal, the target resource being used for sending a first message on the target sub-band.
