Abstract:
A method for restarting a browser webpage, and an electronic device, the method comprising: recording all the webpage addresses started by a first browser (S101); detecting in real time whether an error message of the first browser is received (S102); after receiving an error message of the first browser, automatically starting a second browser, the first browser and the second browser not being the same (S103); reading all the recorded webpage addresses (S104); and, by means of the second browser, successively starting the webpages corresponding to all the webpage addresses to provide to the user all the webpages already opened by means of the first browser for viewing (S105). The present invention greatly facilitates user operations, saves input time, is smart, and provides a user-friendly experience.
