Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for the exploitation and reuse of solid tanning scraps to be reused within the same tanning production cycle. The solid scraps are treated by a process that allows to obtain a hydrolysed collagen to be used as a soaking, retanning or dyeing agent during the leather treatment steps.
