Abstract:
A method for rolling a 1050 aluminum/08AL steel composite sheet, comprising: S1), placing a rolled aluminum coil and a rolled steel coil on two uncoilers for uncoiling, respectively; S2), after the uncoiling, using NaOH and HCl solutions for cleaning, respectively; S3), performing mechanical treatment on surfaces to be combined of the aluminum sheet and the steel sheet for 10-15s by using a rotating steel wire brush method; S4), placing the aluminum sheet and the steel sheet in an acetone solution for ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3min; S5), pre-stretching or pre-compressing the aluminum sheet and steel sheet subjected to surface treatment; S6), welding edges of the pre-stressed aluminum sheet and steel sheet; S7) preheating the welded steel sheet and aluminum sheet before rolling, and then performing hot rolling compounding; and S8) performing annealing treatment in a continuous annealing furnace. According to the described method, the metallic aluminum sheet and steel sheet are combined together by means of hot rolling compounding, the interfacial shear strength is greater than or equal to 90 MPa, and the number of repeated bending times is greater than or equal to 10.
