Title:
METHOD OF SCREENING APOPTOSIS ACCELERATING COMPOUND OR ANTI-APOPTOTIC COMPOUND AND METHOD OF DETERMINING MALIGNANCY OF NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/018238
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method of screening for determining whether to be an apoptosis accelerating compound or anti-apoptotic compound, comprising, under conditions of the presence and absence of a test compound, measuring the interaction between p53 and NEDL1 and comparing the intensities of interaction between p53 and NEDL1 measured in the presence and absence of the test compound.
