Title:
METHOD FOR SCREENING COMPOUND SPECIFICALLY INHIBITING FORMATION OF CAVEOLAE IN CANCER CELLS, SCREENING KIT, VECTOR AND TRANSFORMANT TO BE USED IN KIT, AND METHOD FOR SELECTING PATIENT ADAPTABLE FOR MOLECULAR-TARGETING DRUG
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/063637
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for screening a compound, said compound being capable of specifically inhibiting the formation of caveolae in cancer cells and comprehensively inhibiting various RTK activities only by the single compound. A screening method that is the method for screening a compound capable of specifically inhibiting the formation of caveolae in cancer cells, said screening method being characterized by comprising a step for contacting test compounds with a system capable of detecting the inhibition of the binding of Cavin-1 and CAV1, and a step for selecting a compound having an activity of inhibiting the binding of Cavin-1 and CAV1.
