Abstract:
Provided is a method for screening a compound which specifically inhibits a survival signal in cancer cells. A compound which specifically inhibits a survival signal in cancer cells can be screened by a screening method, said screening method comprising a step for contacting test compounds with a system capable of detecting the inhibition of the binding of ROR1 to Cavin-3, and a step for selecting a compound inhibiting the binding of ROR1 to Cavin-3.
