Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method for screening skin endogenous aging targets, an active material for improving skin endogenous aging and a screening method therefor. A microRNA in the skin is used as a detection basis, and the microRNA is any one or a combination of two of hsa-miR-30c-2-3p and hsa-miR-125b-1-3p. The microRNA has the effect of inhibiting the expression of IGF1 gene and IGF1R gene, thereby affecting endogenous aging of the skin. The present invention provides a novel regulatory target for the development of cosmetic active ingredients that improve endogenous aging of the skin.
