Abstract:
A method for screening sperm during artificial insemination, which is characterized in comprising: step 1: placing a culture solution on a transparent material; step 2: arranging an ovum at a designated position and arranging the transparent material under a microscope; and step 3: arranging sperm on the other end of the transparent material, and observing and completing after artificial insemination has been satisfied. The method may increase the screening of sperm at least to a certain extent, and may prevent polyspermy at least to a certain extent. One feature of the method is transforming the difficulty of insemination by extending the distance between ovum and sperm and adjusting the viscosity of a culture solution. The present method may also be used to replace other artificial insemination plans during surrogacy.
