Abstract:
A method of searching for a protein whereby a target protein is searched as a protein
directly or indirectly relating to the information based on protein expression
profiling data that has been obtained by proteome analysis, which comprises
selecting a protein relating to the information as the target protein based on
the importance of the protein obtained through supervised learning on the protein
expression amount and information in the profiling data, and evaluating the
performance of the target protein based on the evaluation data.
