Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of selecting cell lines in which the reduction of a recombinant protein has been suppressed. The present invention pertains to a method of selecting cells, said method comprising a first step in which the intracellular expression level of at least one gene selected from among genes having any one of the base sequences represented by SEQ ID NO: 1-16 and orthologs thereof is measured, and a second step in which the expression level achieved by suppressing the reduction of a recombinant protein is evaluated on the basis of the difference determined by comparing the gene expression level measured in the first step and a control value for the gene expression level.
