Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for selecting a network slice and a related device capable of solving a technical problem in which selection of a network slice cannot be made upon initiation of new request information by a terminal. The method comprises: a radio access network node receiving request information transmitted by a terminal; the radio access network node determining, according to the request information, a second shared control function of a second network slice to which the terminal is to be connected; and the radio access network node determining whether the second shared control function is identical to a first shared control function, the first shared control function being a shared control function selected by the terminal upon attachment to a first network slice.
