Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for sending data in the Internet of vehicles, a terminal, and a network device. In one aspect, in an embodiment of the present invention, when a terminal selects a carrier, the terminal obtains a congestion condition parameter of a resource pool used by each of at least one carrier of the terminal; and if the congestion condition parameter of the resource pool used by each carrier is greater than a congestion threshold configured by the carrier, the terminal can select a carrier by delaying a specified time, so as to send data in an Internet-of-vehicles system.
