Abstract:
A method for sending an image to a receiver comprising a head-mounted display (HMD) via a network may comprise the steps of: determining, on the basis of information stored in a user equipment or a relay server, one or more of a transmitter for transmitting wide viewing angle image data and a receiver comprising a HMD for receiving the wide viewing angle image data; and sending the wide viewing angle image data from the transmitter to the receiver via a transmission channel over a wide area network. An image can be sent freely to a receiver even in a peer-to-peer manner between users by a sender or a recipient of the image selecting a sender or a recipient using a local address book stored in the sender's or recipient's own user equipment, a user address book stored in a communication service server such as an SNS, a messenger service or a web site, or opened information.
