Abstract:

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for sending uplink control information. The method comprises: a UE determines that to-be-sent uplink control information in an uplink subframe comprises channel state information (CSI) and an SR, and the UE determines a first uplink channel resource used for sending the CIS and the SR, the first uplink channel resource being a channel resource that has a format for sending the SR and that is used for sending the CSI, so that the UE can send the CSI and the SR on the first uplink channel resource of the uplink subframe. In this way, the UE sends the CSI and the SR on a same first uplink channel resource of a same uplink subframe, it is ensured that an eNB can acquire a scheduling request (SR) of the UE and allocate uplink scheduling resources to the UE, and can also accurately acquire CSI of each carrier, thereby improving the accuracy of scheduling resources to the UE by the eNB.
