Abstract:
A method for detecting L-arginine (L-Arg), the method comprising: synthesizing ferrocene functionalized hexapeptide dithiocyclopentane (FC-P16 Peptide); preparing an FC-P16 Peptide/AuE polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode (3); forming a three-electrode system by using the FC-P16 Peptide/AuE polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode (3) as a working electrode, using a silver/silver chloride electrode (1) as a reference electrode, and using a platinum wire electrode (2) as a counter electrode; and then investigating the electrochemical behavior of different modified electrodes by using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, and measuring different concentrations of L-arginine by using differential pulse voltammetry, plotting a working standard curve, and then detecting L-arginine in a sample to be tested by using standard addition. The FC-P16 Peptide/AuE polypeptide composite membrane modified electrode (3) exhibits good electrochemical response characteristics to L-Arg. Further comprised are a sensor for detecting L-arginine (L-Arg), and an application of ferrocene functionalized hexapeptide dithiocyclopentane in the preparation of a biosensor.
