Title:
METHOD FOR SEPARATING CELL FROM BIOLOGICAL TISSUE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/119334
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a cell separation method, whereby a cell having a high biological activity can be efficiently and stably separated from a biological tissue, characterized by comprising using a degrading enzyme composition that is prepared by adding, to a definite amount of a neutral protease and/or a protease derived from Clostridium sp., an enzyme capable of degrading a major protein in the biological tissue, the amount of said degrading enzyme being determined depending on the composition of the major protein in the biological tissue. According to this method, the kind and amount of a protein-degrading enzyme to be used for isolating a cell from a biological tissue can be determined on the basis of the composition of a major protein in the biological tissue. Thus, the amount of the protein-degrading enzyme to be used can be controlled and a cell having a high biological activity can be efficiently separated.
