Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for separating coenzyme Q10 by means of using a supercritical fluid chromatography system, the method comprising: (1) starting a supercritical fluid chromatography system and setting system parameters; (2) once the system is operating stably, a chromatographic column is sufficiently balanced and a baseline is stable, injecting a coenzyme Q10 feeding solution and collecting a coenzyme Q10 component according to an ultraviolet peak signal at an output peak; and (3) removing a solvent from the coenzyme Q10 component to obtain high-purity coenzyme Q10. By means of the method, a supercritical fluid chromatography system-based separation method is used to treat a crude coenzyme Q10 extract for the first time and the coenzyme Q10 can be successfully separated from homologs thereof; the obtained coenzyme Q10 has relatively high purity and yield; and the method has low organic waste liquid emissions and a low amount of pollution, consumes a short amount of time, and has high separation efficiency, and has the characteristics of being economical and highly efficient, having easy operations, and being environmentally friendly.
