Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for separating and culturing ginseng cambium stem cells. The method comprises a step of treating tissue comprising a ginseng cambium using a compound of formula I of the present invention. The present invention also relates to ginseng cambium stem cells obtained according to the method of the present invention and use thereof in the preparation of a product for the suspension culturing of ginseng. The method for separating and culturing ginseng cambium stem cells provided by the present invention can effectively separate ginseng cambium cells. Because cambium cells feature infinite division capability, fast growth, and high stress tolerance capability and provide a foundation for liquid culturing with an ultralarge volume, the production costs can be significantly reduced.
