Abstract:
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for separating fat-soluble and water-soluble pigments from a natural product by using an aerogel, thereby improves the way of separating an initial material, such as a medicine, food, and cosmetic, from a natural product, and allows a safe and efficient process to be carried out, the method comprising: a step (A) for extracting pigments by immersing a natural product in a leaching solvent; a pigment adsorption step (b) for adsorbing fat-soluble pigments onto an aerogel by mixing a leached solution, obtained by extracting the pigments in step (A), with the aerogel; a pigment separation step (C) for separating the fat-soluble pigments adsorbed onto the surface of the aerogel in step (B); and a step (D) for drying and concentrating the pigments separated in step (C).
