Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for separating metabolome, which comprises a step wherein a liquid sample containing metabolome is passed through a column that is filled with a separation material, so that the metabolome is separated from the sample. With respect to this method for separating metabolome, the separation material comprises polymer particles and organic groups including quaternary ammonium groups, which are bonded to the polymer particles.
