Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for separating and purifying phenyllactic acid in Lactobacillus plantarum, which belongs to the technical field of food biotechnology. Lactobacillus plantarum ZJ316 disclosed in the present invention has been deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection under the deposit number CCTCC NO: M 208077. The present invention uses the Lactobacillus plantarum ZJ316 as a target strain, the phenyllactic acid content in the MRS liquid medium fermentation supernatant determined by means of high performance liquid chromatography without any condition optimization is 108.87 mg/mL (0.66 mmol/L), and the purity of the phenyllactic acid after purification is 98.14%. The mass percentage of L-phenyllactic acid, obtained by using chiral chromatographic column-high performance liquid phase analysis, is in the range of 92%-98%. The resulting products of the present invention are safe and reliable, can effectively inhibit food-derived pathogenic bacteria and spoilage bacteria, and can be applied to pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives, cosmetics and the like.
