Abstract:
A method for setting a conveyance path includes a temporary setting step (step S241) for temporarily setting the position of a control point (PC) that specifies the conveyance path of a conveyance device, trajectory calculation steps (steps S242 to S244) for calculating a conveyance path where the conveyance device passes through the control point (PC) on the basis of coordinates (YPC, ZPC) of the temporarily set control point (PC), and further calculating the trajectory of the representative point of a vacuum cup when the conveyance device is moved along the conveyance path, and conveyance path determination steps (steps S245 to S249) for comparing the calculated trajectory of the representative point of the vacuum cup with the shape of a lower die, dividing the trajectory into a plurality of sections (1, 2, 3), and further adjusting the position of the control point (PC) so that the spacing between the trajectory and the lower die approaches the target value set for each of the sections.
