Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for setting the feed rate of a rotating cutting tool in real time and a control device. A method for setting the feed rate of a rotating cutting tool in real time and a control device according to the present invention comprise: a vibration data collecting step (S20) of collecting vibration data from a sensor installed on a machine tool (100); a chatter vibration trend line diagram deducing step (S30) of simplifying the increase/decrease of chatter vibration on the basis of the collected vibration data and thereby deducing a chatter vibration trend line diagram (G); a chatter vibration trend determining step (S40) of determining whether the slope of the chatter vibration trend line diagram (G) increases or decreases; and a tool feed rate adjusting step (S51, S52) of making an adjustment to decrease the tool feed rate when the slope of the chatter vibration trend line diagram (G) increases.
