Abstract:
A variable reactance circuit (20) is provided to an LC resonance circuit including, e.g., an antenna coil (10) and a capacitor (11). The variable reactance circuit (20) has a plurality of sets of parallelly connected series circuits comprising fixed reactance elements (C1-C6) and anti-fuse elements (AF1-AF6) rendered irreversibly conductive by the application of a stipulated voltage. This configuration facilitates adjustment and makes it possible to perform wide-range adjustments and fine adjustments.
