Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for setting up the scoring rules of a golf game, and a golf game system for performing same. A golf game system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a member management server for storing and managing personal information on members participating in a golf game; a game history management server for storing golf game results of the members; and a scoring rule server for constructing, as electronic information, scoring rules to be applied to the golf game. The scoring rule server may include: a penalty stroke rule DB for storing penalty stroke rules selected by penalty stroke rule participants in order to apply handicaps between the penalty stroke rule participants, and the number of penalty strokes for each condition; and a scoring rule DB for storing scoring rules for each stroke number, which are to be applied to the penalty stroke rule participants. The scoring rule server can make the penalty stroke rule participants select a fixed penalty stroke rule or a selectable penalty stroke rule according to the penalty stroke rules stored in the penalty stroke rule DB, or make the penalty stroke rule participants select a fixed scoring rule or a selectable scoring rule according to the scoring rules for each stroke number, which are stored in the scoring rule DB.
