Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for sharing China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) video, which is applied between a first mobile terminal with a CMMB signal receiving module and a second mobile terminal without the CMMB signal receiving module. The method includes that: the second mobile terminal sends a request for sharing CMMB video to said first mobile terminal; after the first mobile terminal receives it, if the CMMB video program is being played, the first mobile terminal re-encodes the CMMB signal of the program which is being played to a video format which is universal and is suited to the transmission in a mobile network, and after modulating it, transmits it to said second mobile terminal; and the second mobile terminal receives and plays the re-encoded CMMB signal. The present invention also discloses a mobile terminal for providing the service for sharing CMMB video. With the present invention, the mobile terminals which are not equipped with CMMB signal receiving modules can also share the CMMB video.
