Abstract:
In the context of analysis of the lateral flow type used to detect analytes in a highly sensitive fashion, and with reference to the sandwich analysis method, the present invention relates to a method for signal amplification in high-sensitivity lateral-flow analysis in which the signal is amplified by causing a reaction by adding metal ions and a reducing agent, using nanoparticles as seeds. The present invention also relates to a lateral-flow analysis device employing the method.
