Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of spherical oxide fillers, and provides a method for simultaneously preparing nanometer and submicron spherical oxide fillers. In the present invention, an oxide raw material (raw material O) is compounded with a metal or non-metal raw material (raw material M) to reduce the reaction activity of the raw materials, such that the uncontrollable risk of dust ignition is reduced, and safe production is achieved; in addition, the raw material O is gasified under high-temperature conditions to form nano-scale particles or is dispersed into nano-scale particles by shock waves that are formed by ignition, the raw material M reacts with oxygen in an oxygen-enriched state and is coalesced and cooled to form submicron-scale particles, product particles obtained by means of a combustion reaction are cooled into balls under the oxygen-enriched condition, and the step of fine separation is then performed, such that a submicron spherical oxide filler and a nanometer spherical oxide filler can be obtained at the same time. Furthermore, in the present invention, after the temperature in the reactor is stabilized, the fuel gas is reduced to the lowest level, such that the cost is reduced while the temperature in the reactor is stabilized.
