Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for solid waste modification of papermaking sludge after incineration to be used as a papermaking filler. The papermaking sludge mainly comprises the following types: deinking sludge, sludge produced in pulping and papermaking process, sludge produced in pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment, sludge produced in domestic wastewater treatment, and the like. The specific preparation process is as follows: firstly, one or more of the papermaking sludge is incinerated to obtain papermaking sludge ash; the papermaking sludge ash and calcium hydroxide are stirred and mixed, and then carbon dioxide and an air mixed gas are introduced for carbonization modification to obtain a composite papermaking filler. The composite papermaking filler prepared in the present invention meets the filling performance of paper, and also realizes the high-value resource utilization of such solid waste sludge.
