Abstract:
A method for solving an environmental protection issue during a wood transportation process. The method comprises the following steps: S1, installing a shipborne vacuum wood drying system; S2, connecting the shipborne vacuum wood drying system to a cabin (1) by means of a connection apparatus (2); S3, stacking, in a drying chamber (3), wooden planks to be dried; S4, a heat supply apparatus (4) providing heat energy to dry the wooden planks, and thus reducing carbon emissions; S5, a monitoring control system monitoring, in real time, the moisture content of the wooden planks; and S6, a wood vinegar collection apparatus (5) collecting the wood vinegar generated when the wooden planks are being dried. By means of the method, resources and energy that are required for drying wood on land are saved on, thereby reducing carbon emissions.
