Abstract:
Provided are a method for solving a network problem and an electronic device performing same method. An electronic device, according to one embodiment, may comprise at least one processor. The processor may determine a representative cause that is representative of respective causes of abnormal samples of quality indicators indicating the quality of a network. The processor may perform time series analysis on an indicator associated with the representative cause. The processor may propose a solution corresponding to the representative cause and the result of the time series analysis.
