Abstract:
A method and a special equipment converting wind energy at high altitude into kinetic
energy on the ground are disclosed. Airoperated equipments flying to the high
altitude obtain the wind energy at high altitude. While wind power at high altitude
rotates wind wheels (7, 20, 21), an upper transmission wheel (12) integrating
with the wind wheels (7, 20, 21) is rotating at the same time. Rotary energy is transmitted
to a lower transmission wheel (18) mounted on a ground worktable (15) by traction
transmission straps or chains (19). A generator or other load equipments may
be connected with the lower transmission wheel (18).
